Callicroft Primary Academy

Welcome to Callicroft Primary Academy School’s website.  We hope you enjoy looking around our site and getting to know our school.

At Callicroft Primary Academy we have developed a strong and caring whole school community, which has helped us go from strength to strength.  Our thoughtful and supportive staff ensure our children are at the centre of everything we do. Callicroft Primary Academy is a school where individuals are valued and helped to achieve their personal best.  Children are supported in becoming confident and independent young people, who thrive on challenge, and are motivated to learn.  All schools have their own distinctive ‘feel’ which makes each one unique. We believe that the ‘special feel’ at Callicroft Primary Academy comes from our caring, supportive and friendly environment.

We want our children to have a love for learning and the chance to experience activities across the whole curriculum.  Our recent curriculum review has ensured we not only cover the requirements of the national curriculum, but after consultation with the whole school community, the children develop personally to help them grow into responsible citizens and have as many experiences as possible during  We have high expectations of both learning and progress and ensure all children are given the opportunity to reach their full potential.  All children, regardless of their ability, are able to access all areas of the curriculum and any extracurricular activities held. time with us.

We pride ourselves on offering a nurturing approach centring on strong relationships that develops the moral, cultural, emotional and social skills in our learners as well as ensuring children are well prepared for the next stage of their learning journey.

To find out about our school, we encourage you to come and visit, to see us in action and meet staff and children. A call to the school office on 01454 867195 is all that is needed to arrange this. We look forward to working with you!
