School Improvement Committee/Governors
The School Improvement Committee focuses on student outcomes and well-being. The Committee is made up of people who are appointed based on their skills, insight and knowledge. They bring a wealth of experience in areas such as HR, Finance, School Improvement, IT and Education.
All Committee members are provided with remote access to a secure intranet facility where records of all relevant documents, policies, minutes etc. are stored to promote efficient ways of working.
We use a 'Governance Framework' that is ultimately a collection of policies that make our ways of working clear for everyone and ensure that work completed is consistent and aligned.
